The awnings finally came, they were lost in never never land. We found out right away that replacing Girard window awnings are a bit trickier than Carefrees. Seems you have to have three hands to do it :-) One to hold the end of the awning roller, one to slide the new fabric in, and another to slide the new fabric in the lower arm, all at the same time! Jan and I got one small bedroom awning on, but the others will require more help, yet another job for Jason. We need to tie him up quick before he starts his new job with 11 hour days!
We got all extended thru May 5th. We'll have to move sites like I thought, but it will be good as the weather warms up.
Kelly flies in tomorrow to see her Grandmother, so we'll have several days to visit with her. Looking forward to that.
