Helicopter ride

I wanted to share some photos taken during a helicopter ride from Valdez.

Just before we left Valdez Jan and I went back to the other side of the bay where all the salmon are running.  The bay along the shore and the streams feeding the bay are just teeming with fish, thousands and thousands of them!  And there is quite a feeding frenzy going on, birds are everywhere, and even sea lions are lined up for the smorgasbord.  Unfortunately no bears were on the scene while we were there:-(

We are now on our way to Fairbanks and are spending the night in Delta Junction.  I'll leave you with one more shot taken along the way.
