The exodus begins

Lots of activity in the campground with April 1st right around the corner.  You see, April 1st is mass exodus day in Florida, the primary day that "everyone" leaves to go back home up north.  A few have already left to either beat the traffic or be home in time for Easter, but by afternoon on Monday I'm sure 75% of our campground will be empty.

Tom and Jordan are down visiting Karen in her motorhome, Tom against his will ;-)  We are trying to convince him to come along for at least part of our planned Alaska trip in 2014.  We'll see.

Jan and I will be very busy the next couple days getting Mom's house ready to sell.  Another milestone in life.  David headed back up to PA to see his very ill daughter, Vicky.  A lot of pressures on our family right now.  Mom is adjusting to Hospice and seems much more content and with it.  Funny, they tell us at the Hospice House that most people get "better" after they arrive and mom sure seems to be.  More proactive care round the clock is beneficial.

We have accomplished most of the projects on our motorhome with just a couple left.  The biggest being the tile in the shower stall.  Jan has been scraping off and on, but it is fighting her all the way.  It still has about 15% to go.  We will get everything done before we leave in May.

Happy Easter everybody!
